Privacy Policy

This notice explains, in plain English, what information 7Bay Finances, LLC ("7Bay", "we", "us") collects through 7bayfinances.com, how we use it, and who helps us handle it.

What we collect

Contact form

When you send a message through our contact form, we receive what you type in: your name, email address, and, if you choose to share them, your phone number, business name, industry, and message. The form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form service, so your submission passes through FormSubmit on its way to us.

Booking a consultation

Our booking calendar is provided by Cal.com. When you book a call, Cal.com collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, and any notes. It then sends you a calendar invite and confirmation emails, and adds the appointment to our Google Calendar so we can keep the time for you. The booking calendar on our site loads from Cal.com, so Cal.com also receives basic technical information from your browser when that section loads.

Hosting and basic technical data

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like most websites, Cloudflare processes standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives similar basic request information. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that counts page visits without cookies and without tracking you across other websites, so we can see how many people use the site. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use your information

We use your information only to respond to you, schedule and hold consultations, and provide the services you ask us for. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Third-party services

FormSubmit, Cal.com, Google (Calendar and Fonts), and Cloudflare (hosting and Web Analytics) each handle information under their own privacy policies. We choose these services to run the site and our scheduling, and we share with them only what they need to do that job.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and booking details for as long as we need them to communicate with you, provide our services, and keep normal business records.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. We will do our best to help, subject to any records we need to keep for business or legal reasons.

Changes

If we update this notice, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above.
